Finish what you started

TRADITIONAL TRAINING
-SAME PACE
INTERVALS TRAINING
-SPRINTING
-RESTING

Recently I've read something on the internet about interval training and traditional training. Intervals trainings, HIGH & LOW INTENSITY , between a short timing of 15-60seconds on and off for 10-15mins Comparing to the traditional training, maintaining same pace, by doing intervals training the result for losing weight much faster and you don't have to do it for long periods of time.

You can do any type of exercise during the high intensity intervals for at least 20-3 minutes at 70-85% of your estimated maximum heart rate. Jumping, sprinting, mountain climber & ect .  Work as hard as you can during the high intensity intervals, until you feel the burning sensation in your muscles. During the low intensity intervals, don't stop moving, always keep your feet moving. And remember to do a 5minutes warm up & cool down, before and after the training . 


After every workout, do remember to drink loads of water ! Saw this on tumblr, maybe might be helpful to some of us . I'm not sure if it's true anot alright !
